About Mia
I trained contemporary dance and ballet in South Korea and the UK. Graduated from Northern School of Contemporary Dance and University of Kent. Was part of Verve Dance Company in 2019. Have knowledge of body alignment and muscle relaxation from yoga and Pilates training. I can help your pain in your body from low quality of sleep or long-lasting posture of your body from work.
