About Sara
I currently teach contemporary/physical theatre and dance exercise classes in Norwich city centre. I have trained in ballet, and am currently working towards my Intermediate RAD Ballet exam, so that I can teach ballet too. However, I love the freedom of contemporary and physical theatre, and received a distinction in my level 3 acting and physical theatre diploma.

Inclusive and relaxing classes, open to all levels. My approach to movement is holistic, as everyone's body is different! I love to challenge my students, but in a supportive and healthy environment, where creativity, artistry and fun is the focus.
