About Teodora
I am a tutor, published author, and astrologer with a passion for foreign languages, art and spirituality. I have 12 years of experience in teaching people of all ages. As a trainer, I collaborated with various foreign language agencies. I taught private and online lessons.
My experience also includes working as a cultural journalist and a news editor. I wrote for various websites, publications, and online journals. I have been teaching as a freelance tutor since 2011.
In 2018 I took a further professional development training course – Teaching Romanian as a foreign language.

I am Teodora, from Bucharest, Romania, which makes me a native Romanian speaker. I am here to help you gain more confidence when you speak in Romanian. We can talk about any topic: our countries, traditions, places to see, unusual words and phrases in our languages, etc :)
I know Romanian can be a bit scary at first in terms of grammar and even pronunciation (we do have those weird ă, î, ș, ț letters), but you can definitely befriend it with a little practice (and patience).
