About Natalee

I offer patient, empathetic, and personalized guidance to help high school students and young professionals take the next step toward their academic and career goals. With five years of experience in Human Resources, I bring valuable insight into what employers look for when evaluating candidates. As a Cornell University graduate and alumna of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, I understand the importance of standing out in competitive academic and professional environments. I will also be pursuing my master’s degree in Education at McGill University next year, furthering my passion for learning and mentorship. I help high school students craft compelling personal statements and college applications that authentically reflect their experiences, personalities, and aspirations. For college students and recent graduates, I provide resume support and job application guidance to help them highlight their strengths and stand out to potential employers. My approach is collaborative, encouraging, and tailored to each student's individual needs and goals. I meet every student where they are, building on their strengths while providing thoughtful guidance in areas where they need additional support. Whether you are starting from scratch or looking to refine an existing application or resume, I will help you approach the process with greater clarity and confidence. I believe that every student has a unique story worth telling and valuable qualities worth highlighting. My goal is to make the application process feel less overwhelming while equipping students with practical skills they can use throughout their academic and professional journeys. Together, we will put your best foot forward and help you take meaningful steps toward your dream school, internship, or career.
