I am a qualified counsellor and support professional with extensive experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. My background spans counselling, healthcare support, education, and custodial services, giving me a broad understanding of the emotional, practical, and personal difficulties people can face at different stages of life.
I specialise in supporting clients with stress, anxiety, confidence, life transitions, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.
