J'ai plus de 6 ans d'expérience comme instructrice de natation et d’aquaforme pour tous niveaux et tous âges (de bébés à adultes) et anciennement membre d'une équipe de natation compétitive. Je suis déterminée à vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs en sécurité grâce à ma certification de sauveteur national le tout dans le plaisir et la bonne humeur :)

Sécurité et confiance : Apprenez dans un environnement sécuritaire où votre progression et votre bien-être sont prioritaires. Ma certification de sauveteur national est à jour et ma grande expérience garantit une surveillance attentive et une réponse rapide en cas de besoin.

Lieux au choix : Je peux me déplacer à votre piscine privée si vous en avez une, ou nous pouvons convenir d'un lieu dans votre région qui soit pratique pour vous.

Je suis également disponible pour des cours de conditionnement physique dans des piscines privées. Que vous souhaitiez améliorer votre forme physique générale ou préparer un événement sportif spécifique, je peux concevoir des séances adaptées à vos besoins pour vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs de santé et de bien-être.
