About Jourdain
I am a strength and conditioning Lecturer and Coach who aims to both teach and practice what I teach. I believe that by combining both I enhance the learners experience by being able to talk through the learning with practical examples. I always have and continue to thoroughly enjoy teaching and I believe this comes across in my sessions.
I hold a BSc in Sports Science and Coaching, MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a PG Dip in Higher Academic Practice and am a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach.
