About CHRISTINA
I have also worked with children as young as kindergartners and as old as non-traditional age high schoolers. This range of experience is my greatest strength because it has awarded me with a perspective to better understand disconnects between educational learning objectives and actual outcomes and ways to bridge the gap. The primary duty and responsibility I was accountable for across my combined employment experiences required me to propel students forward on the educational continuum. I was charged with figuring out where they were, meeting them there, and assisting them with reaching or passing the upcoming benchmarks. I have experienced the most success by helping students acquire knowledge of self, a strong belief in their ability, and an awareness of the value of literacy. I believe this is one of my strongest attributes.
