About Ashley
As an artist and writer, I know how it feels to be "blocked", unable to move forward. As a human being, I understand what grief, depression, and stress feel like. I have spent many years studying and practicing mindfulness, self-awareness, creative visualization, and numerous techniques for raising vibes and improving the energetic flow. Utilizing many of the powerful techniques that have been keeping me healthy and sane throughout this human experience, I will guide you in building your own creative "toolbox" for self-preservation, self-awareness, and self-empowerment. Journaling, vision boards, dream interpretation, yoga principles, chakra balancing, meditation, and(of course) art making are just a few of the tools we will explore! I have also published a "creativity therapy" activity book which may be a great tool, as well! Namaste
