I am a lawyer, as first graduation. After that I got a diploma In history of arts and I experienced fine arts. After this I got a diploma in Cuisine and Pastry and now I’m studying baking at Le Cordon Bleu.

By teaching the use of methods, students are able to take a more creative approach to their cooking or baking and really develop a strong undestanding of the food they are preparing. Demonstrations classes. From basic level student or entry level up to superior French techniques. Kitchen vocabulary. History of food. Physics and chemistry involved during the cooking process.
