About Jude

As a qualified chef and culinary enthusiast, I believe that food is not only about fulling the the stomach but rather a dedicated time that has the ability to bring people together. Cooking has led me on a path of exploration and discovery, constantly pushing the boundaries of my creativity.

Through this platform, I aim to share my knowledge as well as my unique perspective on food. At the same time, it is about working with and learning from others, who too have the same fascination for food as I do.

Ultimately, this is a way to share my love for food and everything it represents.

About the lesson

I am a firm believer that anyone can cook. All it takes it a bit of passion, care and the right technique and you can make food that is at of restaurant quality.
If your goal is to improve your day to day cooking, or to impress your family and friends - Ive got you covered.

All in the same time, I will teach basic cooking techniques, knife cuts and plating - fancy stuff to impress ;)
My lessons are available for all skills levels:
Home cooks - beginner, intermediate, my mothers level.
Industry chefs -culinary students, professional chefs.

A typical lesson will cover 2 dishes - main and dessert.
Depending on your skill level, we can cover a starter too.

I also offer theoretical lessons, for those wanting to improve their culinary knowledge.

All lessons, both practical and theoretical will be taught in English.
