About Wilson
I’m a culinary student from Malaysia , Chinese .
Used to study and worked in singapore as a chef , and I’m now trying to pursue my culinary career in London . My style of cooking is more towards Avant garde , more like modern cuisine. But I teach classic Malaysian dishes too .

Hi , my name Wilson . I’m 24 years old . I’ve been working as a chef since I’m 17 .
And I’m from Malaysia , and I’m from the city right beside Singapore called Johor Bahru.
Before I came to London. I’ve spent my time in Singapore studying in At -sunrice chef academy . After I graduated , I worked in a french wine bar for a year.
And i came to London to pursue my career right after that .
My method of teaching will be in a relaxing environment , have a quick chat with the learners before it starts . From there we’ll get our hands on . And not just cooking , I’ll explain the science of cooking in every step.
