Ask each student about their experiences in dance and in the disciplines I offer. Determine with them a satisfactory program to allow them to have a good time (learn steps, do choreography, do freestyles, try several styles ...). Stretch and warm up the body and start with 8 count blocks and put them together to make it a routine / choreography. End with a cypher (a circle where everyone uses the information from the lesson). To interest them a conversation explaining the origins and histories of each discipline is possible.
