I like to make the student feel comfortable with me. I see myself as more of a peer tutor and mentor then as a teacher. People are able to learn better when learning from people who understand things in a similar way. I have the ability to take the complex bio concepts and unwind them to assist in understanding. Once you can make connections bio becomes very accessible
