About Natalie
I am a young adult with strong passion to share my knowledge. I have 10+ years of gymnastics/cheer experience. I am currently training at NorCal Elite. I have background as a Gymnastics coach for XCEL bronze,silver,gold, Platinum, and Devo - 7. I also coach cheerleading levels 1-6.

Lessons start with a 10-minute dynamic warm-up to help increase blood flow to the muscles. I help explain the physics of tumbling to get a deeper understanding of their goal. Drills/hands-on spotting techniques will occur. 5-10 minutes of conditioning/cool-down stretch towards the end. Post-lesson, I will have a brief talk on accomplishments/weak points.
