About Alexandria
I aim to help students understand basic English concepts and write good quality essays. I use examples from my own writing, as well as notes and PowerPoints to help students. Due to my experience in journalism, I have learned both APA and MLA formats, as well as how to conduct interviews and structure essays and news stories. In high school, I won multiple awards at SISPA, and have received excellent feedback on essays from professors.

My typical sessions include review of notes, editing essays, and going through theory. In high school I was the editor for the yearbook committee, editor of the school newspaper, and the club’s photographer. I am also currently a member of the nursing honor society at my college. My classes are aimed at Jr. High, high school, and English 101 students.
