About Dierra
I am a high school administrator. I have been in my current position since August and I have 5 years experience teaching math, specifically Geometry. My ultimate goal is to get students to identify their mistakes and learn from them!

My teaching method is to show students an example and then allowing them to complete another example on their own. If the student makes a mistake, we review the mistake to make sure the mistake isn’t made again. Then I’ll give another similar problem. If the student gets it right the first time, I’ll give a slightly more difficult problem. My goal is to help students master any example they see.
