About Oliver
I started sailing at age 4, and started competing at around 14. I started in the fitness industry a few years prior to aid my sailing, which has carried through to today, I have had multiple fitness coaches through sailing and would love to be able to pass on the knowledge, this is what enabled me to be at my full health potential for my international competitions.
