About Isabelle
Currently, as an International Relations major, most of my academic work involves writing policy papers and critical essays, along with the occasional personal narrative. Internship experience also allowed me to practice a number of other writing styles, such as drafting social media content, compiling qualitative analysis, and conducting research for case studies. In my free-time, journaling remains my favorite form of meditation and self-reflection, as I love being able to put my thoughts on paper.
Writing presents so many opportunities, whether for school, jobs, communication, or simply personal growth. I have always been passionate about writing, and I look forward to hopefully being able to share my passion with you.

For middle and high school students who may be struggling in a writing-intensive class, I will approach any assignment with you and guide you through all steps of the process, beginning with the initial brainstorming and concluding with a finished product. For high school juniors and seniors, this also applies to crafting a high-quality college essay to give you an advantage in the college-admissions process.
I will ask for digital work to be sent to me or shared on a google document so that I can make edits and provide feedback in between sessions. Along the way, we will focus on writing technique and address any individual weaknesses to strengthen the overall quality of your written work. I am well-versed in MLA and Chicago citation styles, and have multiple years of experience at the collegiate-writing level.
