About Joseph
You may think English is hard, maybe you have been thinking of giving up but I want to try and prove you wrong. I am determined to show you how, with a little practice, your English can improve to levels that you would not expect.
I have taught children whose English were at a weak starting point. One such student of mine was averaging a 20/100 in September but by May he was averaging 90/100. This student did not achieve this because he was some sort of genius, but because we had a goal, practiced regularly, and crucially, developed the self-belief that he could do it. That's what I want to do. I want to inspire my students to reach goals that they think might be unattainable. I take great pleasure in seeing my students reach their goals, and develop their confidence in their English ability.

Hi,
Nice to e-meet you and welcome to my page. I hope I can convince you that I can be a great help when it comes to learning English.
I am happy to adapt my lessons to my student's needs, and I will make sure I prepare accordingly. We can learn through a more traditional textbook approach, but I am also happy to simply provide speaking practice, help with homework, go over essays, IELTS practice, and anything else that my students require.
I am friendly, outgoing and will take your education seriously. I have about two years of experience in teaching. One was as a one-to-one tutor abroad, where I taught children between 9-16 with their English exams. Whilst I was there, I was helping their parents achieve their desired IELTS grade. Moreover, whilst I was a student, I taught English to new immigrants and helped them make job applications and practice everyday English.
I am open to teaching anyone, regardless of their age, background or language ability. I speak Hebrew fluently and know a little Mandarin as well (still learning!), so that might help prospective students from countries where they speak these languages. However, I encourage anyone to do lessons with me as English will be the primary mode of communication.
