I take a student-led approach to teaching as I feel learning is better directed when it derives from student interest and their own personal knowledge of where they need to improve. I like to use conversation as a tool to help writing and language skills, and I think that consistent small tasks which can be practiced in every day life is the key to a better overall standing of a subject.
