About Bruno
Since I began my work as a yoga teacher, I have already given North lessons the south of the country. Since classes by donation, private lessons, classes at resorts also went through several gyms, cultural centers and opened a few months ago Yoga Center wall.

Perfect! As aulas com o Bruno conquistaram-me! Encontrei uma forma de relaxar e de ativar corpo e mente. O Bruno é um professor muito acessível, sempre preocupado com a minha evolução e bem estar. As aulas equilibram uma prática segura mas sempre desafiante, o que me ajuda a perceber limites e quais posso arriscar ultrapassar.

Exchange value: 15 € 30 minutes (Class short, with a specific objective) € 20 1 hour (Short Class, with Asanas, Pranayama, relaxation) € 25 1 hour 30 minutes (full Class, with an initial quiescence, Asanas, Pranayama , Yoga Nidra) € 30 2 hours (intensive Class, it is a complete but more intensive class with a specific obejctivo. eg. to lose weight, extra strengthening the body, or a prolonged relaxation)
