About Emily
I have been dancing for 15 years and pre-professionally for 4 years. I have lots of experience performing at various venues, learning choreography quickly, and can provide dancers with plenty of tips that will help dancers advance. I was a part of a pre-professional company that would perform at many different events as well as compete in a few competitions. I was also a regular TA for younger (preschool-beginner) classes and gained experience teaching that age group.

I believe that technique is the base to any dancer's training. Everybody must begin somewhere, but the foundation must be strong in order for the building to stand. I enjoy perfecting the technique with easy exercises and then progressing to complicated combinations that test the integrity of the technique. I believe that positivity is very efficient but still give effective corrections. I enjoy teaching people of all ages and backgrounds because everyone can share the love of dance.
