About Tiphaine
Student at Neoma Business School, I am passionate about dance. Indeed, I practiced 9 years of contemporary dance, 1 year of modern-jazz dance, as well as 2 years of artistic gymnastics. I have been able to participate in many dance shows.
Since 2020, I have started to practice cheerleading and yoga.
This year, I have created and set up a dance show in a summer camp for children and teenagers between 5 and 17.

Whether you are a beginner or have an advanced level, I will accompany you during dance lessons.
The lessons take place outdoors, the place is to be defined together. Each session is defined by the physical condition in which you arrive: if you are tired I will reduce the course intensity; but on the contrary, if you are in great shape it will be more intensive.
The class beginning consists of a warm-up and I also add stretching at the end of the session.
