About Jamal
Data Engineer with over 15 years of experience utilising the following key skills:
- Big Data: I explored the full data cycle from collection to visualisation data. In order to predict the price of wheat in France, I used Kappa architecture type with Kafka, Spark/Scala, and NoSQL databases.
- Software development: for Vinci, I designed 8 simulators for the A86 tunnel technical management systems. These tools are very useful for training the agents and validating the systems before deploying them in the production environment.
- Automated tests: I set up an automated environment for qualification. The automation of 300 tests reduced the qualification period by 76%.
In addition, I had the opportunity to manage teams of 6 people using the Scrum agile methodology. For instance, in the National French Railway company SNCF, when we were developing a train simulator.
