About Bianca
Hi Y'all!
My name is Bianca, and I am a current undergrad in Data Science at the University of Michigan!
Data Science is a combination of Computer Science and Statistics, which are two of my favorite subjects!
I also currently volunteer as a mentor in FIRST Robotics (a high school engineering competition), where I teach mechanical and electrical engineering and shop skills to students in grades 8-12.
Additionally, I took 7 different AP classes while in high school and earned high scores on each AP exam, so I am equipped to help students at the very top of their subjects! I also know the SAT test inside-and-out, exemplified by my March 2022 score of 1530.
I love STEM, and I love inspiring young minds to pursue their passions in math, science, and engineering!

As a current college student, I am no stranger to studying, so I'm here to help you achieve high in STEM through study tutoring!
I am available to tutor any level in middle school through high school, up to AP Calculus BC. I am also available for SAT Prep.
In my math lessons, we work on one small concept at a time to ensure mastery before moving on. We will always start with giving the student a conceptual understanding of the topic, either through proofs or visual examples before moving on to practice problems.
In practice problems, we make sure the student uses the correct work process to solve a problem and can identify when they need to bring in other topics or mathematical rules in order to get their answer.
In each lesson, we also make sure that the student understands where any errors might be occurring in their work, and how to correct them in the future, along with any tips and tricks that help the student remember how to avoid those mistakes in the future, especially on important tests, like the SAT.
