About Faith
Hello, I'm Faith.
I am a patient and dedicated tutor with a B.Sc. in Taxation (Second Class Upper, 2:1) from the University of Benin and teaching experience in Mathematics, Accounting and Government.
I enjoy helping students understand subjects that may initially seem difficult. My approach is to break concepts down into clear, manageable steps and create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions.
I am particularly interested in supporting primary and secondary learners with Mathematics, homework, revision and examination preparation.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations and teaching approach according to the student's needs and pace.
I am available for online one-to-one lessons and can work with students in Nigeria and internationally.

My lessons are personalised, interactive and adapted to each student's learning level and goals.
I begin by identifying what the student already understands and the areas where they need support. I then explain concepts step-by-step using simple explanations, examples and practice exercises.
Depending on the student's needs, lessons can include:
• Mathematics lessons
• Homework assistance
• Revision and exam preparation
• Practice questions and exercises
• Identifying and improving areas of difficulty
• Building confidence in challenging topics
I encourage students to ask questions and participate throughout the lesson rather than simply memorising answers.
For younger learners, I aim to keep lessons engaging, supportive and age-appropriate. For older students, I focus more on understanding concepts, problem-solving and examination preparation.
Online lessons can be conducted using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
