About Selene
Yoga came to me in a very organic way while living in India - organic I have practiced yoga for about 10 years.
With my training as a musical performer (dance, among others),
I learned to feel my body and with a mixture of Hatha, flowing movements and influences of Embodied Flow, I found in my own practice and in my lessons the balance between free movement and secure alignment with awareness :)

Yoga takes place on your Yogamat as well as out of the mat -
as this is a class where we focus on safe practice, we concentrate on the physical :)
- What are certain asanas / yogapositions where you feel unsafe?
- Are you still insecure about how you can guide your breathing so that your yoga praxis feels "in tune"?
-Are there certain body parts that you feel you need more space? Yoga is more than stretching and it is often confused with just an exercise - in yoga you train muscles and just as much as your energetic points.
I can facilitate your development in every direction to guide your own practice to understand the alignment, especially with the focus to allow your body to have a safe "healing process", or simply to get the "after effect" of yoga.
