About Steve Komara
I am a black belt in Karate / Shotokan / Kyokushin / my travels have enriched my Karate, Muay thai in Thailand, Taekwando in Ivory Coast and Russian boxing in Ukraine. I have the DIF as well as the BAFA to prepare you for a fun and progressive training.

My teaching methodology is based on realism, contextual and physical. You will have a style of Karate adapted to your morphology, your sensitivity. We start with a preparation of the mind and the body. Depending on your initial knowledge and the goal you are seeking through the art, we will be free to choose the orientation of the second part of the course. The course ends with a Postural Meditation allowing a strengthening of the body and health. I favor Health / Mental / Combat. OSU!
