Yoga is important for our day to day life as it gives us inner peace, flexibility, keeps us stress-free and cherished the whole day.
In my class which is basically a 1 hour class,I include-
1. Stretching with front bend exercises -kapotasanas,Pashchimotanaasana,Vajraasana,Natrajasana,Ekpadangusthasana
2. Surya Namaskar
3. Band bend exercises including-Chakaraasana,naukaasana,Dhanurasana etc.
4. Eyes Exercises
5. Shoulder freeze Exercises
6. Relaxation Exercises-Breathing Exercises
7. Face Yoga
