I have learnt the 5 Step approach of teaching. That is 5 A’s. “ Aim-Action-Analysis-Application-Assessment”
I believe in teaching everything practically rather than giving a ready material to the kids. I explained the concept by making my kids doing different activities with the help of the things they are observing in their day to day life. I have a patience and do not run very fast. My way of teaching is depending on the students time of understanding. As an English teacher, my aim is not only to clear the concept but also the writing skills, vocabulary, grammar, language and reading skills too.
