We know each other from school. From school he is a very bright student and fluent in English. He has a strong base of knowledge. When amartya learns something he tries to reach upto its depth. He is hard working. He has great communication skills so he can make good relation with students. He is very good in teaching others as I've seen.
I have known him for a long time now. He had this passion of teaching since when he was in school. Over the years he has gained much experience and in turn, his knowledge of this subject has widened.
