I am an R&D Senior Engineer holding a Ph.D. degree in Materials Science and Engineering with teaching experience at university level of 4 years and professional engineering experience of more than 15 years. My educational background are chemistry and physics.

Over the years, I have developed an innovative approach to teaching and conducting research by creating and presenting course materials in both laboratory and classroom settings. During the lecturing and tutorials, as well as individual consultations, I would like to engage my students to participate in the conversation, encouraging discussion within the subject matter, as I think that such interactions are essential to the development of their academic and professional skills. I often used to answer questions with a question, with which I try to guide the students to their own answers. I have strong motivation to transfer my experience in design, processing, and characterization of the advanced and composite materials to the students, as well as to expose them to real industrial tools to establish their constructive attitudes about the materials and improve their understanding of processing technology.
