About Jessica
I am a yoga instructor with a background in environmental education. I moved to Colorado 7 years ago to complete my degree in environmental education and along the way I discovered yoga. I immediately fell in love with the way it grounded me and taught me to live in the moment. Since then I have developed a yoga practice that combines my two passions.

Weather permitting I love you combine yoga practice with the outdoors by taking our practice to the foothills. A nice warm up hike to our place of practice along with an environmental education piece along the way and then a session that will make you feel one with the world around you.
I also think is important to work at your own pace. I can make custom classes based on each person's abilities and restraints.
