My teaching starts with om chanting to relax the body and mind. Thereafter proceeding with warmup, asans, suryanamaskar and closing the session with pranayam and yoganidra.
Along the way I keep sharing the benefits of asans.
I teach facial yoga also for healthier skin.
After attending my classes people have felt more relaxed, energetic and got relief in pains of body
