About Tara
My name is Tara, and I am a professional actor. I have two undergraduate degrees in English and Theatre from Santa Clara University and an MFA in Acting from Drama Studio London. I have lived in seven countries across Europe, North America, and Asia, and as a result, I am familiar with various cultural and educational needs. I have worked professionally at production companies in Los Angeles and trained by Broadway and West End professionals in New York and London. I have also performed and worked on various productions on stage, screen, and radio at Drama Studio London, one of the UK's top drama schools, and performed at the Arts Theatre on the West End for my showcase. A highly educated and well-rounded professional, I can help you achieve success in your academic, creative, and professional lives.

I coach using techniques such as Uta Hagen, Meisner, and Stanislavski. For acting through song, I focus on the perfect balance between singing and acting. I tailor my training to individual needs and what method works for them. I have experience teaching acting and musical theatre in America, with 5-star reviews from all my clients. Having now completed my master's from one of the UK's best drama schools, I am tailoring my experience to UK students. I performed in various productions across stage, screen, and radio while at drama school, and I had my showcase at the Arts Theatre on the West End. I trained with the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford upon Avon. My typical lesson length is one hour, but I have done lessons as long as three hours. I teach all levels of acting, from beginner to advanced, specialising in drama school entrance and audition preparation.
