About Payton
I am an early elementary educator with over 4 years of assistant teaching and practicum experience. I have worked one on one with children to accelerate their social and academic skills. I have assistant taught for over 400 hours in early education settings throughout Minneapolis and once in Sweden through a volunteer experience.

My teaching methods are lenient and respectful. I have expectations as the student and I progress in their learning but I understand schedules get in the way and I am very patient. I try to make learning active and exploration-based through my love for nature-based learning practices.

Details
The age of the student will vary according to their topic of interest. For example, a 2nd grader writing a short story vs a 5th grader asking for help writing an essay.
If there is a cancellation within 24 hours, I would appreciate 1/2 of the amount expected for the session. Due to my loss of money and time being able to help the student during those hours.
