I have been helping out in schools for the last 7 years, teaching a range of students in different classroom environments. I also have extensive background knowledge of helping others tackle and manage stress as I worked with young children frequently.

MY teaching method is listening and having a chat with my students before my lessons to see which areas they are finding most difficult and then focusing directly on them. I also help students with breathing and relaxation technique exercises if they are feeling overwhelmed
