I approach each topic through stimulating learner's background knowledge first and from determining how much you know, I obtain a better understanding of just how much time I have to spend on a certain topic. I like asking learners which learning-styles work best for them and what interests them. Through this knowledge I am able to integrate the lesson based on their interest to enhance effective learning
