About Taylor
My undergraduate degree is in art and my master's is in Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. I have had the awesome opportunity to tutor and teach in various settings, including in Spain, Malawi, Japan, and Tanzania. In all of these places, I feel immense gratitude for the people who supported me in communicating and getting by in the local language, and I know how important, supportive, helpful language learning can be! I love teaching and look forward to working with you!

Lessons are for beginner to advanced learners who would like to improve their speaking, listening, and reading skills! We will move at the pace you need while making sure you are challenged and thriving! My teaching style is conversational and casual, to support you in having natural conversations with any fellow English speaker! We will focus a lot on speaking and gaining familiarity with words and phrases relevant to you and your context. I have worked previously with adults and youth as an ESL tutor in several countries, as a secondary school teacher, and as a librarian's assistant in a dual language setting. I bring a lot of creativity and unique resources to your lessons. Your success and enjoyment through the process is my priority!
