1. Participated in Distance Learning during the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years using Google Meets and Blackboard Collaboration Ultra to house online learning for 140 plus students.
2. Created virtual lessons and curriculum for online learning on various platforms such as Google Slides, Digital Escape Rooms, Pear Deck, Google Forms, Google Sites, Excel series, Padlet, Kahoot, Ed Puzzle, and Quizlet.
3. Served and participated in MTSS development in the school building
4. Experience in utilizing Google Classroom, Schoology and Blackboard to house assignments and tests for classes.
5. 2020-2021 school year have participated in ISTE Online Teaching Conference Webinar, Pear Deck training, and Interactive Google Slides in Education PD.
6. Content taught World History 1500 to Present, US VS History, US VA Government 10 and US VA History ESOL Level 1 Emerging Language classes, US VA History Special Education Team Taught, USVA History Honors, Government 12 Honors, World History and Geography 1.
7. Implemented Virginia State Standards in the classroom using the IB planning rubrics.
8. Assisted in department IB unit planning and implementation.
9. Participated in school wide Equity Training during the school years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.
10. Participated in department wide Cultural Awareness in instruction training during the 2019-2020 school year.
