About Jared
Hi, my name is Jared and I am a stress coach and certified Qigong teacher. I teach Qigong to community centers, professional office spaces, yoga studios and in online courses. I focus specifically on helping busy professionals and students lower stress and increase energy throughout their work week. I teach my students and clients how to dramatically lower stress and increase energy throughout their workweek using Qigong. Perfect! I really enjoyed my qi gong lesson with Jared. He has a very calming voice and a patient way of teaching. The video set up is in a way that you can see all of his movements and the internet quality is also good. He is a native English speaker which makes it very easy to understand his instructions. Highly recommend trying a session!
- Lara did really well this morning. Her form seems good and she seems to have a good feel for the practice. She may benefit from doing some of the stretches at a slower pace. Overall, I recommend she keep practicing and exploring Qigong!Jared's response :
