About Camandres
I've been a languages tutor/teacher for over 20 years now. I've taught Spanish and English as second languages at all levels (from Kindergarten to University). I see teaching as an act of generosity because we share the knowledge we have accumulated so that others can improve their lives.

My approach to teaching relies on my extensive experience using the Constructivist, Task-based and Discovery Learning teaching methods.
I was trained in the Constructivist Teaching Method so I believe that getting my students involved in the learning process by tailoring the lesson according to their needs and abilities is paramount.
To improve my teaching approach I also received training on task-based learning. Additionally, while taking the CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults), from the University of Cambridge, I learned about Discovery Learning which is a lot of fun so I use it a lot and I think it is compatible with the constructivist and task-based teaching methods I use in my Spanish lessons as well.
