About Alcides
I am an Electronic Engineer with a strong background in core subjects such as Electrical Circuits, Signals and Systems, Control Systems and Electromagnetism.
Since 2023, I have delivered over 2000 hours of tutoring to university Engineering and STEM students, helping them overcome difficulties in demanding subjects and keep up with the pace of their courses.
I work especially with students who feel stuck or behind in topics like system response, Laplace/Fourier analysis or circuit methods, and need clear, structured explanations to move forward with confidence.
Support can be provided as ongoing guidance throughout the semester or as focused help for assignments, midterms and exams.

During the lessons, concepts are explained visually and progressively, connecting mathematics with physical and engineering interpretation. The goal is not only to solve one exercise, but to help you become capable of solving similar problems independently.
