About Fazlul
Hello! My name is Fazlul Aman, and I am a Master’s by Research student in Electrical Engineering at Multimedia University (MMU), specializing in power systems and grounding technologies.
I have spent several years working hands-on with electrical laboratories, high voltage testing, simulations, and real engineering design, while also publishing research in international journals and conferences. Alongside my research, I have worked as a Buddy Tutor for Power Transmission and Distribution, helping undergraduate students understand complex electrical concepts in a simple and friendly way.
I decided to teach because I genuinely enjoy seeing students grow in confidence when difficult topics finally make sense. During my time as a tutor and mentor, I realized that many students struggle not because the subject is too hard, but because it is often taught too fast or too theoretically. My goal is to break down complex ideas into clear steps and connect theory with real practical examples so students can truly understand what they are learning.
I am passionate about helping students build strong foundations in electrical engineering, whether they are preparing for exams, working on projects, or simply want to understand how electrical systems work in real life. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and progress at their own pace.

My tutoring approach focuses on making electrical engineering concepts clear, practical, and easy to understand. I believe students learn best when theory is connected to real world applications, simulations, and simple problem solving rather than memorization.
I usually begin each topic by explaining the core concept in a simple way, followed by worked examples and step by step problem solving. For technical subjects, I also use simulation tools such as LTspice, AutoCAD, and Multisim to visually demonstrate how circuits and systems behave in real conditions. This helps students quickly grasp complex ideas like power flow, grounding systems, protection concepts, and circuit operation.
For advanced students, I integrate real laboratory experience and industry style design methods, including power system analysis, earthing design concepts, and engineering calculation techniques. I always adjust the pace depending on the student’s understanding level and encourage questions throughout the lesson.
