About Kristin
I am a career changer. I used to work in human resources recruitment and management. Changed careers to use other area of my degree. I am certified in General Education and Special Education. I have 20 years in education about 10 years substituting and other areas of education. 10 years in the classroom teaching kindergarten through third grade. Most of my years is working with struggling readers and students who need extra support.

I will work with students on building skills for reading, phonics, spelling and or grammar. I will work with students on one to two of the above subjects. More than that will be too much. We can work on my lesson plans and if time go over curriculum students are working on in class.
