Menurut saya Rudi adalah seseorang yang memiliki bakat alami sebagai pengajar yang baik. Dalam menjelaskan sesuatu, dia bisa mengubah sesuatu yang terlihat rumit menjadi mudah untuk dipahami. Cara mengajarnya pun tidak monoton dan tidak kaku, sangat cair dan rileks.
Mr. Rudi memiliki metode mengajar yg sangat menarik dan membuat saya nyaman belajar. Beliau memulai course dengan mengenal latar belakang (baik pendidikan, pekerjaan, maupun pengalaman) serta kemampuan dr calon muridnya, untuk mengidentifikasi materi yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini membuat materi yang diajarkan relevan dan menjawab kebutuhan saya. Pak Rudi adalah guru, mentor, sekaligus teman yang sangat baik, pembawaan yg asik, semangat, dan selalu ready untuk ditanya meski diluar jam belajar.
