About Lisa

Hello, my name is Lisa, I come from a small town in the Free State called Welkom. Since I can remember I wanted to be a teacher, so obtaining my degree and having to teach is a dream come true for me. Outside of work, I am an enthusiastic and positive person. I enjoy and appreciate the smaller things in life such as taking long walks or having good conversations with those I love. Some of my hobbies include reading and pilates as I enjoy keeping my mind and body strong. With 2 years of teaching experience under my belt, I've had the pleasure of helping students navigate the intricacies of both English and Afrikaans. Armed with TEFL and TEYL certifications, I'm dedicated to making the learning process engaging and effective. My teaching style blends various methodologies to ensure each one of you feels valued and included. I'm excited to embark on this learning journey with you!
