About Aria
Fully qualified wellness yoga teacher. I teach Vinyasa, hot power yoga, Yin, yin yang, hatha and restorative. I use reiki, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystal & energy healing. I also teach sacred dance, primal and tone flows. I am a wellness coach , a trained counsellor (masters) and youth workers (social work bachelor). Additionally a teacher of young people (primary school diploma). I teach at yoga studios, gyms, online and privately.

I teach using yogic philosophy. I follow tantric shaktism. I work with aydevidic and holistic approaches. I work advocating for self-love. I use universal elements to support the senses and alignment of the self. I would start a session by introducing myself as Aria, and the style of yoga we will be doing. Whether sharing an insight or yoga Philosophy and students ground down. This helps students to understand the purpose of the class and set the intention. Often we will start the class with pranayama. Moving into a 55 or 65 physical flow. Closing the class with armotherpay, breathwork, self reflection, self massage and then savasana. Closing takes 5-15 mins depending if the class is 60 mins, 75 or 90. We always end with a mantra and prey.
