Hello, I'm Simon Agius—a certified Mental Fitness Coach with expertise in self-hypnosis, person-centered therapy, NLP, and mindfulness techniques. With years of experience in coaching, I specialise in practical, client-centered methods that help you reach your full potential without any 'fluff' or abstract approaches. My goal is to provide you with tools that feel approachable and realistic, making positive change tangible and accessible.
Currently studying Psychological Studies at the Open University, I incorporate the latest in psychological research into my coaching, ensuring that our work together is rooted in modern, effective methods.
